What we collect
Your account details (name, email), your workspace's content (the store URL you give us, your Brand Profile, products, cast, locations, campaigns and generated media), and payment records handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
What we read from your store
When you paste a store or product URL, Bonzi reads publicly visible pages: product listings, images and copy, to build your Brand Profile. We never ask for and cannot access your store admin, passwords, or your customers' data.
How we use it
To run your studio: brand research, media generation, and the product features you invoke. We use service providers (hosting, media generation, payments, email) to deliver the product; they process data only on our instructions. We don't sell your data.
Your workspace is yours
Brand Profiles, products and campaigns are private to your workspace on every plan. On the Trial and Launch plans, cast members and locations you create are listed in the shared Bonzi library; on Growth and Agency plans they stay private.
Deletion
Deleting your workspace removes its content from the product. You can request full account deletion any time by writing to us.
